The apartment is located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on a pedestrian street surrounded by different cafeterias ideal for couples or friends. Less than 5 minutes by walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also just by 5 minutes away we will find the shopping area of Mesa Y López.
The accommodation has an area of 33 m² and can accommodate two people. Fully equipped for the enjoyment of our guests we highlight our bed with measurement of 150 cm x 200 cm and our 49 inch Smart TV.
The American kitchen is equipped with: 3-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The building, completely renovated in 2019, is characterized by bright and soundproof apartments.
It has internet access throughout the establishment.

Microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora. Completo menaje de cocina. Y lo mas importante una cama y almohada CÓMODA. Los que lo gestionan son muy amables como Jaime y en particular la paciencia infinita de Mayca. Gracias.
