Description
'Chill Out' is a Mediterranean apartment settled in the best area of Puerto de Alcudia (Sunwing Area), a quiet residential area just 50 meters away from the beach. It was totally refurbished 2011.
The interior is divided in a few areas. Two bedrooms with AC (cold and warm options), one bathroom and an big open area that links the kitchen (fully equipped even with a breakfast corner) with the dining room and the hall. The hall includes a comfortable sofabed, flat sateliite TV, free Wifi and a fireplace.
There is a balcony that runs along the entire apartment with a chill out corner with outdoor sofas under a porch.
The best place of this apartment is on the top, at the private upper terrace of 70 sqm. A perfect place to enjoy the sun during the day at the comfortable hammocks and have a fresh shower. A relaxing place at the sunset and lovely nights with BBQ and the outdoor dining corner. It has private parking.
The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 200 meters away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.
If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
