Description
Holidaycasa Poseidon is a nice and comfortable apartment 5 minutes from the main square of the historic center, all on one level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two parking spaces at the entrance to the door, and a very sunny and panoramic terrace.
The house offers: a fresh atmosphere thanks to the height of the attic and a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the village, as well as a central position close to all services: food, fruit shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
Holidaycasa Poseidon is a holiday home, it can accommodate up to six people, of about 90 square meters of living space and a 15 square meter terrace, we are located in via Municipio n ° 2, where outside the house there is a large open space where the property offers two parking spaces.
As soon as we enter the door, the building consists of six units, on the mezzanine floor, on the left door, we find a four-room apartment where as soon as we enter the entrance that divides the rooms of the apartment: on the right we find a kitchenette with washing machine and all the equipment that serves to prepare a dinner with family or friends, on the left we have a huge living room with sea view with a dining table for five people and a comfortable lounge and a sofa to relax and watch flat screen TV. At the exit of the living room we find a habitable terrace overlooking the sea and the village where you can enjoy a good coffee with the singing of birds and the sound of the sea. Returning inside the house and continuing towards the sleeping area we find three bedrooms, one double and two twins with beds and two bathrooms with shower and comfortable sink.
The holiday home has 1 flat screen TV, internet connection, complete bed linen, towels for each bathroom, a kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning in the corridor, sleeping area and in the living room. It also offers two parking spaces.
Holidaycasa Poseidon is 150 meters on the beautiful beach and 3 minutes from the apartment you will find bars, shops and restaurants and all that Sperlonga offers, for example strolling in the alleys of the historic center or strolling on the beautiful beaches.
