Finca Garrafa (Puig de Garrafa) to live the Mallorcan nature in all its splendor, to enjoy the magical light of Balearic sunset, to dream under a clear starry sky and to observe the breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the Mediterranean sea... these are some of the pleasures that this Luxury villa offers you for your holidays.
The setting of Finca Garrafa is exceptional, framed in the hill of the mountain with the same name, Garrafa, in the Serra de Tramuntana, withian a land of 700.000 m2 in which the olive trees and cypresses, coexist with other Majorcan species like laurels and fig trees where time stands still. In a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells.
The house is surrounded by several "L" shaped terraces with natural shade. From the side terrace we access the impressive swimming pool surrounded by a natural pond. A beautiful Balinese bed and sun loungers frame this relaxing area.
Finca Garrafa is an impressive Majorcan stone villa renovated with every comfort and with details of classic Balearic architecture.
We access the house by a hall from which we can access the 1st floor where we find 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a living room. If we remain on the ground floor we find the main bedroom of 18 m2 with bathroom en suite, a dining room with a large table for 8 guests next to the kitchen opened by a large window, fully equipped and with another smaller table to enjoy the Breakfast in family. After the dining room opens the living room with a 42’’ satellite TV, several sofas and armchairs very bright and with direct access to the main terrace.
In the first floor we find a second room with double bed and terrace, and 2 twin rooms, one of 12 m2 with bathroom ensuite and the other of 15 m2. Among them there is a large family bathroom and a second living room with 9 dining places and sofas.
Finca Garrafa is located in a massive finca where you find another villa called Finca Lluisa. Both fincas can be rented together with a total capacity of 14 persons.
From the villa in just a few minutes we reach the beautiful village of Andratx surrounded by mountains and with a wide range of services and leisure. The coastal area of Camp de Mar with its beautiful beaches Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Excelente para pasar unos días tranquilos y aislados, aunque a pocos kilómetros hay playas y pueblos interesantes. Hay otra casa al lado en la que los niños de los vecinos molestaban un poco por sus gritos continuos. La zona de la piscina es agradablsee more

Los propietarios solucionaron rápidamente un par de cosas que faltaban: toallas y piscina.

Algunas pequeñas cosas merecerían la atención. En las habitaciones y salas hay muy poca luz (unas cuantas lámparas con bombillas fundidas) y pocos enchufes. No hay Movistar o Netflix... algo que en algún momento se agradecería...
