The appartement was newly renovated nicely decorated, and very clean.
Very well located, with lots of beaches less than 30min drive away (and one 10 min by foot).
Far from the busy crowds of the south.

There is a washing mashine and dish washer. Very handy. Everything inside is new, usefull tools in the kitchen, nice welcome kit, confortable beds. Not many windows and small space so very hot inside, especially in the night. There are two fans but tsee more

Not many windows and small space so very hot inside, especially in the night. There are two fans but they are noisy. The swimming pool was a disappointment. I know it is not under mauterVillas but it was not very clean with very old ties. We never used it. To get to the apartment there are also some stairs to do, we had a pram for our baby and it was annoying to pick it up to go up and down the stairs. Overall the apartment is nice and in a very good position. 5 min walking to the beach and close to shops and restaurants

La posizione che dopo breve rampa di scale o discesa consente l'accesso alla spiaggia di Arenal.la camera è dotata di tutti i confort (anche macchina nespresso) .il posto auto dedicato è un plus.

La struttura è ristrutturata a nuovo . Ha ogni confort ,dalla doppia tv ,all’aria condizionata e pale ventilatore ,lavastoviglie,lavatrice .stoviglie più che sufficienti per cucinare a casa . Abbiamo avuto un’assistenza perfetta per tutti gli 11 giorsee more

Check in massa tard i check out massa d'hora. Estaria bé tenir forn per fer unes pizzes. Falta una mica de manteniment a la piscina. Tauletes de nit petites i falta una mica d'espai als armaris per a 4 persones.
