TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The travel agent's terms of payment apply. At the time of booking, you will be required to pay an initial deposit of 20% of the total rental cost of the property. Apartamentos Getaway S.L. reserves the right to cancel the booking if the first instalment of 20% of the rent has not been received within 4 working days of the booking date. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
We do not accept bookings for groups of guests under 20 years of age (the main occupant must be of that age and, in the case of a minor without parents, full authorisation must be provided).
All our bookings include TOWELS and BED LINEN.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrivals - Our accommodations are ready from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise specified. Early check-in can always be requested, subject to availability and possible additional cost.
The customer must sign for the hosted part of the accommodation.
Customers must go to the accommodation where they will find a key box to pick up the keys or someone from our team for the reception. In case the arrival form is different, our reception will contact you beforehand to facilitate the management.
Our accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of your departure, unless expressly stated. You can always request a late check-out, subject to availability and at a possible additional cost.

Please do not use the toilet as a waste bin. All our accommodations have waste bins in the bathrooms.

Both mosquitoes and other farm animals are unavoidable, and neither the accommodation provider nor Canarias Getaway assume any responsibility for any inconvenience caused.
ACCOMMODATION KEYS AND INSURANCE:
In case of loss of accommodation keys or having to break into a safe, the client must contact Canarias Getaway, who will send the professional to resolve the situation. The client must pay the bill directly to the professional.
FURNITURE AND OTHER FURNISHINGS:
It is totally forbidden to move the furniture of the property, as well as any type of aesthetic modification.
MUSIC, PARTYING AND NOISE:
It is strictly forbidden to disturb neighbours with music or noise. You may not play music and make noise in excess of 65 decibels from 10 p. M. To 9 a. M. Parties are prohibited, and in the event that the police show up, you will be fully responsible for any penalties.
WORK IN THE AREAS:
The accommodations are private properties owned by different owners and are generally located in residential areas. WATER, ELECTRICITY AND INTERNET:

HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS:

Canarias Getaway S.L. explicitly declares that it acts as an intermediary between owners and tenants, and is only responsible for the correct information of the offered accommodation, the indicated endowment and its precise location. It declines all responsibility for any damage, accident, delay or other causes not related to the administration of the rental of the property.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:
Canarias Getaway S.L . general cancellation conditions: Cancellation + or 14 days before arrival: first payment. Cancellation between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount. In the case, to vacate the accommodation before the departure date, there will be no right to any refund.

The fact of being part of the product offered and contracted in a reservation is the express acceptance by the tenant / client of each and every one of the General Conditions. For all claims that may be formulated, both the tenant and the Company must appear before the Courts of the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, renouncing any jurisdiction.
