For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you remove rubbish and food waste on the day of check-out. A surcharge of €15 will be applied if more than two bags are left.

🔑 Key Collection: The keys are collected from a coded mailbox located in the city, near San Telmo Park. Before arrival, we will send detailed instructions for easy and autonomous access.

The open-concept American kitchen features an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything necessary to cook as if you were at home, whether for a quick breakfast or a special dinner.
