It is an ideal apartment for families, located opposite the port market, which also has a parking space in the building itself, making it ideal for guests who wish to move around the city and the island using a private car.
The building has a lift and inside the flat, which has 2 bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 4 people, you will find an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer and radio.
The property's kitchen is American-style, has a ceramic hob, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
🔑 Key Collection: The keys are collected from a coded mailbox located in the city, near San Telmo Park. Before arrival, we will send detailed instructions for easy and autonomous access.
It is, therefore, a nice, modern and cosy apartment ideal for enjoying both the city and the beach and for relaxing or enjoying some hectic days.

El simple el hecho de contar con aparcamiento propio dentro del edificio a 30 mt de la playa es un plus muy muy destacable
Pero aparte, hay que destacar lo bien que está el piso, Contaba con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable.

Destacar la profesionalidad del equipo gestor, que incluso ante un problema con las llaves que tuvimos en día festivo, se movilizaron para conseguirnos un nuevo juego de llaves. Gracias por todo! |

Mejoraría un poco la limpieza (debajo de las camas por ejemplo estaba sin limpiar). Pero pequeños detalles, la casa estaba limpia y las toallas y sabanas perfectas.

Mejoraría en cuanto a la a casa uno de los colchones, es de muelles y se nota mucho, en nuestro caso dormía mi hija pero un adulto lo sentiria muy incómodo. Y finalmente el baño le daría también un repaso en cuanto a cambiar colgadores, siliconas, etc. Pequeñas cosas pero que con eso quedaría perfecto. |
