Situated in one of the best areas of Playa del Ingles, just a few steps from the Yumbo Shopping Centre, restaurants and the beach. It is located in a very quiet holiday complex, has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a terrace with views, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a communal swimming pool.
The house, refurbished in 2023, with a modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Entering the house, we find the living room-kitchen. On one side there is a bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. On the other side of the accommodation, we find the living room and the terrace, which has an outdoor chair and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
There is free high speed wifi in all rooms and air conditioning in the lounge.
The house can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect. In addition the communal area with swimming pool, has a wonderful garden area and sun loungers.
Cot and high chair are available. Please let us know when booking. Cot and high chair will be provided on request only.
In front of the complex entrance there is a free private car park, always available for our guests.
This apartment is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
