Spacious and modern holiday home completely refurbished in May 2023 on the beachfront of Las Canteras beach, managed by Canariasgetaway, visit our own website for the latest news, experiences and other services.
Completely exterior, very bright and with a large terrace/solarium with sunbeds and outdoor dining area, from which you can enjoy the views of the beach, the sunset and even the island of Tenerife with its spectacular Teide (the highest volcanic mountain in Spain).
Located on the fourth floor, during the day you can do without keys, as the door of the building is open with security until 21.00 hours and the entrance to the accommodation is by code, card or mobile application.
Thanks to its high speed wifi you can work from the house enjoying the views and comfort.
It is also designed with sustainability in mind, with low consumption appliances, LED lighting, low consumption taps and recycling bins.
The ideal place to discover Gran Canaria and enjoy its privileges.

Es handelt sich um grosses Studio, d.h. es gibt nur ein Zimmer (das war uns nicht klar). Der Wohnbereich kam mir eher wie 50 max. 60 m2 vor. Bei stärkerem Wind (den wir oft hatten) ist die Terrasse praktisch nicht zu benutzen. Uns hat das Zahlenschlosee more
