The biggest plus here is location. You get seaview, promenade, all the shops around you. Just one minute (max) and you are sitting on the beach. Though, the biggest minus for us was location. Super noisy surroundings, a lot of street musicians perforsee more

Super noisy surroundings, a lot of street musicians performing right next to your window, young people gathering and shouting at night. Would be all good, but sound isolatio was very poor. You felt like sleeping outside on promenade. Again, the location minus was just for us because of having a small child. For other people, this might be a perfect apartment.

It’s a marvellous apartment with a fantastic view over the beach and Las Canteras walk. I felt like I was outside on the beach when I sat on the balcony.

The only point for improvement is the boiler, the shower only stays warm for a few minutes.

Le seul petit bémol était l'arrivée qui devait être autonome mais en raison de notre arrivée tardive (vers 1h du matin) nous n'avions pas les clefs de l'immeuble et nous avons dû patienter un peu... Je recommande fortement cet appartement ! nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !
