New holiday home recently completely refurbished, three minutes walk from the beach of Puerto Rico, in a small complex with only a few neighbours and extremely quiet. It has been designed for the comfort and rest of travellers who want to enjoy one of the places with more hours of sunshine in Gran Canaria.
The flat consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one single - very bright and exterior. It also has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a fantastic balcony overlooking the quiet and relaxing swimming pool and can accommodate up to 3 people.
The 50 m² cosy and bright accommodation overlooks the pool, the garden and the ravine that leads to the fantastic beach of Puerto Rico, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the comforts for short or longer stays: iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal swimming pool, 1 Smart Tv.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: 8 m² terrace, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, communal swimming pool, 1 tv, radio.
and juicer.

A very nice apartment with a perfect location. A 5-10 minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Although the apartment is not very big we managed just fine with 3 adults. Everything was tidy. No dishwasher but it was not a problem to do the dishessee more

No dishwasher but it was not a problem to do the dishes by hand. Beds were comfortable. The service and communication with ’Getaway Apartments’ was very good. There was only a very small fryingpan in the kitchen and we asked if they could fix a lager one. This was not a problem and the day after we got a brand new one. They even brought us extra blankets since it was a bit chilly at night. Can really recommend this place.

No need for a car as everything is in walking distance. Complex is lovey and quite also very private and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice modern apartment and value for their money. Would highly recommend and will be back again - Aoife
