Completely renovated in June 2023, less than 45 metres from the best urban beach in the world and in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Located in a pedestrian street that leads to Las Canteras Beach, right in the area known as Playa Grande, due to its large sandy area.
To access the building you have to climb four steps, once inside the building you can use the ramp that takes you directly to the lift.
The flat is on the third floor of a five-storey building, it is exterior, very bright and fresh.
Everything is integrated in a single space, except for the bathroom, which makes it very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washer and dryer in one, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine and small appliances.
It has a comfortable two-seater sofa, very comfortable for reading or to enjoy the 43-inch Smart TV with an articulated arm that allows you to watch it from anywhere in the house.
The 1.5 metre wide bed with a medium firm quality mattress has a chest for storing beach items and above it there is a ceiling fan with remote control, there are also adjustable reading lamps on the sides.
To access the bathroom there is a small step of five centimetres, the door is sliding to maximize space, it has a large window, so it is very bright, like the whole house, shower tray with screen, a cupboard to store cleaning utensils, toilet with dual flush and sink with storage space.
The house is ideal for couples who come to discover the island and enjoy it, offering the availability of teleworking thanks to the high speed wifi.
It has been designed with sustainability in mind, as although it is very bright, all the lighting is LED, the appliances are low consumption, it has water flow regulators and recycling bins.
It also has smart locks, so during the day you can go to the beach or discover the island without having to worry about the keys.
