Nice two-storey house located in a quiet street in the privileged urbanization of Cala Llonga.
On the ground floor it consists of a large living room, with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, table and chairs and beautiful decoration in light tones. The living room has access to a terrace from where we can see the sea with outdoor furniture for 6 people.
It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, mini-quick, capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker and everything you need.
Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
It consists of three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor we find a double room with a matrimonial bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with views.
In addition, the villa has a safe without combination, cot and high chair, portable barbecue
