Description
Villa Primasol is a beautiful villa in Punta Prima and offers accommodation with a private pool. It is located 300 meters from Punta Prima beach. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning; two bedrooms with two beds each with built-in wardrobes and two bedrooms with a King size bed each (one of them with TV), it has three bathrooms; of which two are en suite, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, a laundry room with washing machine, a fully furnished covered terrace, garden and private pool with barbecue.
This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of €150 per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
