There is a lovely rooftop terrace with Seaview which was enjoyed early morning with a book and a cold drink.

It's a very minor suggestion rather than a complaint as we loved the villa.

Managed by local company Mauter Villas who were great to deal with from the get go, responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted within hours. Easy check-in/checkout. Useful supply of dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels provided so you don't need to buy/bring with. And a basket of local edible goodies on arrival. The outside space is a real highlight and it is in the ideal location for the area (2 mins to harbour, 5 mins to beach) whilst still being peaceful. The communication from Mauter was also excellent. We all loved the pool and used it a lot! We really appreciated the generous basket of treats on arrival and supplies (dishwasher tablets etc). The roof terrace also has a lovely outlook where you can see the sea. Wish we were still there and would definitely stay again.

Overall fantastic. We were a bit worried after the 2 reviews below in 2023, having booked in 2022 when all reviews were great. We contacted the Mauter Villas who were brilliant and promised to resolve the issues listed. They did this. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean, easy to enter using the key safe, no damp smells. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean, a small welcome pack with some beers, soft drinks, olive oil and olives, cleaning pack. Beach towels. 3 good sized bedrooms all with very good air con which was easy to use and effective We were a party of 6, with 2 children. Villa has lots of outside space, pool is perfect Roof terrace, outside toilet and shower. 6 new sunbeds with 2 umbrellas.

We had a lovely relaxing time at villa Rocas, it’s situated in a lovely spot a 10min stroll into town, 15mins to the beach. The villa itself is clean & modern, and has a lovely private swimming pool. Ample sun loungers, a beautiful covered patio we used to dine outside. The a/c in the bedrooms was a big plus as I did get warm of an evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

We had the best stay in Cala n’bosch, and would 100% come back to stay in this villa. Super spacious both inside and out, with everything you need especially for a family. We used the pool every day, and there were plenty of extras like towels (both pool and bath towels per person), extra cushions / bedding and really comfy bedrooms and living area. We didn’t use the bbq but the seating and outdoor space was more than ample. We were really impressed with the decor and everything was sparkling clean. The garage for storage (and washing / drying) plus the outdoor loo were an added bonus. We spent most evenings down by the marina at the restaurants and bars there, which is only a few minutes walk. Despite the bustling family friendly night life, the villa is in a quiet street so you won’t be disturbed. Close to the beach (5 mins walk) and 2 mins from a bus stop that goes to Ciutadella. Perfect, thank you!

Setirse mejor que en casa, en una villa con maravillosa piscina privada frente al salón y la cocina, y una ubicación inmejorable, gracias a estar ubicada en una calle sin salida, muy tranquila, y a tan sólo 30 metros del famoso "Lago de Calan Bosch", dónde saborear la mejor gastronomía menorquina, alquilar un taxi barco para visitar algunas de las mejores playas de Menorca, alquilar una moto de agua y pasar un rato divertido, supermercados y tiendas y mucho más, sin necesidad de alquilar coche durante los días que quiera disfrutar de la zona. Villa Mar está ubicada en la zona de Calan Bosch, esta moderna y cómoda villa dispone de un dormitorio de matrimonio y tres dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno. La villa tiene aire acondicionado en el salón-comedor y en los dormitorios.
Dispone de dos baños completos, uno con bañera y el otro con plato de ducha, salón-comedor con televisión con canales internacionales y DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, microondas, horno eléctrico y nevera. Tiene una zona de lavadero con lavadora y tendedero. La terraza está totalmente amueblada para pasar unas agradables noches de verano. La villa tiene capacidad para hospedar hasta 8 personas con una piscina privada y barbacoa.
La villa dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón-comedor y en los dormitorios.
Normas de la casa:
No está permitida la organización de fiestas ni eventos de ningún tipo.
Escape Home se reserva el derecho de solicitar una fianza obligatoria en el caso de grupos de jóvenes menores de 26 años. Esta deberá abonarse mediante tarjeta antes de la llegada y será devuelta tras la salida, una vez verificados el estado de la propiedad y el comportamiento adecuado del grupo durante la estancia.
