This villa is in an ideal location, it’s spacious, and having an area to dry towels, washing and store rubbish is really helpful to keeping the villa clean. And no ants, which was nice.

The outside space is a real highlight and it is in the ideal location for the area (2 mins to harbour, 5 mins to beach) whilst still being peaceful. The communication from Mauter was also excellent. We all loved the pool and used it a lot! We really appreciated the generous basket of treats on arrival and supplies (dishwasher tablets etc). The roof terrace also has a lovely outlook where you can see the sea. Wish we were still there and would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could need. Fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the big Eroski supermarket (with smaller supermarkets closer). The villa itself is very comfortable. Great appliances, vedi di più

There is a lovely rooftop terrace with Seaview which was enjoyed early morning with a book and a cold drink.

Overall fantastic. We were a bit worried after the 2 reviews below in 2023, having booked in 2022 when all reviews were great. We contacted the Mauter Villas who were brilliant and promised to resolve the issues listed. They did this. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean, easy to enter using the key safe, no damp smells. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean, a small welcome pack with some beers, soft drinks, olive oil and olives, cleaning pack. Beach towels. 3 good sized bedrooms all with very good air con which was easy to use and effective We were a party of 6, with 2 children. Villa has lots of outside space, pool is perfect Roof terrace, outside toilet and shower. 6 new sunbeds with 2 umbrellas.

Ample sun loungers, a beautiful covered patio we used to dine outside. The a/c in the bedrooms was a big plus as I did get warm of an evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Quiet location but only a very short stroll to the marina/local shops, and there are bus stops a few metres away should you need. Managed by local company Mauter Villas who were great to deal with from the get go, responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted within hours. Easy check-in/checkout. Useful supply of dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels provided so you don't need to buy/bring with. And a basket of local edible goodies on arrival. We had the best stay in Cala n’bosch, and would 100% come back to stay in this villa. Super spacious both inside and out, with everything you need especially for a family. We used the pool every day, and there were plenty of extras like towels (both pool and bath towels per person), extra cushions / bedding and really comfy bedrooms and living area. We didn’t use the bbq but the seating and outdoor space was more than ample. We were really impressed with the decor and everything was sparkling clean. The garage for storage (and washing / drying) plus the outdoor loo were an added bonus. We spent most evenings down by the marina at the restaurants and bars there, which is only a few minutes walk. Despite the bustling family friendly night life, the villa is in a quiet street so you won’t be disturbed. Close to the beach (5 mins walk) and 2 mins from a bus stop that goes to Ciutadella. Perfect, thank you!

Sistemarsi meglio che a casa, in una villa con una meravigliosa piscina privata di fronte al soggiorno e alla cucina, e una posizione imbattibile, grazie all'essere situato in un vicolo cieco molto tranquillo, a soli 30 metri dal famoso " Lago di Calan Bosch "Dove assaporare la migliore cucina di Minorca, noleggiare una barca taxi per visitare alcune delle migliori spiagge di Minorca, noleggiare una moto d'acqua e divertirsi, supermercati e negozi e molto altro, senza dover noleggiare un'auto durante i giorni che vogliono godersi il territorio. Raquel è tutto al piano terra, molto moderno, con molta luce e completamente attrezzato in modo da non sentire alcun bisogno. Villa Raquel, è una grande villa che renderà le vostre migliori vacanze sulla nostra isola di Minorca.15 commenti

Villa Mar si trova nella zona di Calan Bosch, questa villa moderna e confortevole dispone di una camera matrimoniale e tre camere da letto con due letti singoli ciascuna. La villa dispone di aria condizionata nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto.
Ha due bagni completi, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia, un soggiorno-sala da pranzo con televisione con canali internazionali e DVD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura in vetroceramica, lavastoviglie, microonde, forno elettrico e frigorifero. Ha una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e stendibiancheria. La terrazza è completamente arredata per trascorrere piacevoli notti estive. La villa può ospitare fino a 8 persone con piscina privata e barbecue.

Il deposito deve essere pagato con carta prima dell'arrivo e verrà restituito dopo la partenza, previa verifica dello stato della proprietà e del comportamento appropriato del gruppo durante il soggiorno.

Tassa turistica:
In conformità con la normativa del Parlamento delle Isole Baleari, è applicata la Tassa sul Turismo Sostenibile a tutti gli ospiti che soggiornano in un alloggio turistico nelle Baleari.
Nel caso in cui la tassa non sia inclusa nel prezzo della prenotazione, dovrà essere pagata prima dell'arrivo tramite carta.
