"Minervas Dream" is a luxury apartment for 8 persons quality built and furnished, with spacious rooms, a formidable lounge and a spectacular terrace viewing the Mediterranean Sea.
This apartment is just a dream come true. Imagine a large apartment of 3 bedrooms with terraces, gardens, luxury and comfort all around and facing the quietest area of the prestigious beach of Puerto de Alcudia. The house is literally on the beach, in a residential area just 300 meters from the port of Alcudia and the Marina, where you will find the best restaurants and shops in the Northern of Mallorca.
The first Bedroom has two beds, one next to the other to form a large Double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have three single beds each of them. In total, there is place for 8 persons to enjoy this wonderful apartment.
There´s AC in all rooms.
The second Bathroom is just in front of the triple bedrooms. A corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has direct acces to the large side terrace and it has a large glass window allowing us to see the hall, the balcony, the garden and the beach.
The lounge surprises us by its amplitude, the comfort of the sofas arranged in an L shape and brightness of the Mediterranean sky. A series of large sliding windows connect the living room with two terraces, side and front, and then the sea. It is wonderful to feel as it enters at the apartment every breeze mixed with the scent of pine trees of the garden. In the lounge we also find the indoor dining table. The apartment has the most advanced technology and equipment: elements of domotica, Flat TV, SAT TV , DVD, WIFI zone ... to make your stay comfortable. As well there is a free Long Kayak to enjoy even more the Beach.
If the interior of the apartment it is just amazing, the best comes next. By opening the sliding doors you find a large terrace full of fofas, armchairs, hammocks, outdoor tables ... all comfort and luxury directly on the beach, in the quietest part of the prestigious beach of Alcudia.
You´ll just find the beach passed the garden, plenty of fresh and aromatic pine trees, grass, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants that give us freshness and intimacy. You will not never forget this image, this way of living.
Next to the sofa outdoor there is a large outdoor dining table where you can enjoy spectacular evenings with the sound of the sea and under the Mediterranean night.

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 200 meters away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia .

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with young children

We had an incredible time in Alcúdia, Minerva’s dream garden had a lot to do with it. This was the most well prepared and stocked apartment we’ve ever stayed at, it made our vacation stress free and feeling like we were almost home.

We had an incredible time in Alcúdia, Minerva’s dream garden had a lot to do with it. This was the most well prepared and stocked apartment we’ve ever stayed at, it made our vacation stress free and feeling like we were almost home.
The fridge had essentials already stocked so we didn’t have to leave to shop after a very long journey with babies. They even had two high chairs and cribs for our twins!! The garden was private, with ample space for them to roam freely and safely. The beach is literally steps away. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Gabriel for all your help and kindness. |
