We, as Getaway Apartments SL, Calle La Naval 94, hereinafter referred to as "Getaway Apartments", offer our services exclusively on the basis of the terms and conditions, which were sent to you in full as part of the internet booking form above. reservation. Please read them carefully as you will acknowledge that the terms and conditions are binding on you and the persons registered when you make the booking.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The payment terms of the travel agency apply.
Bookings are not accepted for groups of clients under 20 years of age (the main occupant must be at least that age and, in the case of a minor without parents, must present a full authorisation).
All our bookings include TOWELS and BED LINEN.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrivals - Our accommodations are ready from 15:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise specified. You can always request an early ticket, subject to availability and at a possible additional cost.
The client must sign the accommodation report that they will find at the accommodation or through the Online Check-in that has been sent to the email.
Guests must move to the accommodation where they will find keys to the accommodation. In case the arrival form is different, our reception will contact you in advance to facilitate the process.
Our accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure, unless expressly stated. You can always request a late check-out, subject to availability and at a possible additional cost.

The properties do not have a telephone. We recommend that you bring a mobile phone to stay connected.
THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET:
Please do not use the toilet as a wastebasket. All our accommodations have litter bins in the bathrooms.
For the proper functioning of our ecosystem and to avoid problems of traffic jams, etc. NEVER discard the following materials:
Wet wipes, tampons and pads, oils, condoms, medications, baby packages, etc.
In the case of having a breakdown due to misuse, the client will pay the charge of the professional who must act and a fine of between €50 and €100, depending on the severity.
ANIMALS AND INSECTS:
We are on an island. Therefore, during a stage of the year, we may encounter mosquitoes and/or flies.
In accommodations with gardens and/or swimming pools, you should be especially careful not to leave refreshments or meals open, as they could attract ants excessively.
Most of our accommodations are sprayed legally and professionally to prevent these types of ants. In the case of rain, you will probably observe the ants for a few hours, but in a limited time, they will disappear.
Mosquitoes, insects and other farm animals are unavoidable, and neither the accommodation provider nor Getaway Apartments assume any responsibility for any inconvenience caused.
HOSTING AND INSURANCE KEYS:
In case of loss of accommodation keys or having to pick up a safe, the client should contact Getaway Apartments, who will send the professional to resolve the situation. The client must pay the invoice directly to the professional.
If you leave the keys inside the accommodation from Monday to Friday from 18:00, the opening cost will be €50
On weekends the cost for opening the door, for leaving the keys inside the accommodation is 80€
FURNITURE AND OTHER FURNITURE:
It is totally forbidden to move the furniture of the property, as well as any type of aesthetic modification.
MUSIC, PARTY AND NOISE:
It is strictly forbidden to disturb neighbors with music or noise. You can't play music and make noises above 65 decibels from 21 p.m. to 9 a.m. Parties are prohibited, and in case the police show up, you will be fully responsible for the penalties.
WORK IN THE AREAS:
Accommodations are privately owned by different owners and are usually located in residential areas. They are not located in tourist complexes, so by the way, it can happen that unexpected work is carried out in the surroundings. These works are usually carried out by owners or government organizations with whom we have no relationship and therefore have no influence on these actions. Neither the accommodation provider nor Getaway Apartments S.L., therefore, assume any liability with respect to the inconveniences caused by works that are not carried out on behalf of the Accommodation Provider.
WATER, ELECTRICITY AND INTERNET:
Water, electricity or Internet cuts are not common. The municipal authorities may agree to temporarily cut off the supply due to breakdowns, in any case we are NOT responsible for external factors that affect the use and enjoyment of the accommodation.
PARTIES AND EVENTS:
Holiday properties can only be occupied by the number of people in the booking. Children count as people. Property owners or their booking agents have the right to refuse admission if this condition is not met.
SURE:
NEVER leave valuables or money in any visible place. The rental price does not include any optional insurance. We advise you to take out specific travel insurance.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Getaway Apartments S.L. explicitly declares that it acts as an intermediary between owners and tenants, and is only responsible for the correct information of the accommodation offered, the indicated equipment and its precise location. Disclaims all responsibility for any damage, accident, delay or other causes unrelated to the administration of the rental of the property.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:
The general cancellation conditions of Getaway Apartments S.L. may vary depending on accommodation and season of the year, before paying for your reservation you will see if you have free cancellation up to a certain period or if it is non-refundable. In the event of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, there will be no right to a refund.
In case the agency is unable to provide the booked accommodation for any reason, the agency is obliged to offer an option, at least, of the same quality and conditions. In case the alternative option offered was not acceptable to the client, the agency would refund the full amount of the reservation.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS:
Any claim made after departure cannot be dealt with due to criteria, therefore, they will not be valid. Any complaint or suggestion must be dealt with during the stay, and Getaway Apartments S.L., has 48 hours, to resolve with the competent team, any type of anomaly. Getaway Apartments S.L., has the right to change accommodation, whenever it is due to important causes.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The fact of being part of the product offered and contracted in a reservation is the express acceptance by the tenant / client of each and every one of the General Conditions. In order to know all the claims that can be made, both the tenant and the Company must file with the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, waiving any jurisdiction.
