    Cosy apartment in central but quiet area. Situated near Port of Barcelona and Las Ramblas.

    The apartment has 3 bedrooms:
    1 bedroom with 1 double bed
    1 bedroom with 1 double bed
    1 bedroom with 1 individual bed

    The capacity of the apartment is up to 5 people. The apartment has a kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet and has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI high speed internet, TV. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

    The flat is located in the district of Poble Sec; a residential and quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars within steps from you. Nearby you find Paralel; famous for its theatres and vibrant atmosphere. Las Ramblas are five minutes on foot from you. This apartment will make you feel as if Barcelona was your hometown.

    The small room by the entrance smelled so much like cigarettes that we had to keep the door closed for the whole stay and could not use it.
    The balcony door was broken and would not lock, which was especially unsafe for my young daughter who could easily open it and be in the balcony unattended.
    There is a coffee table in the living room whose top very heavy glass was loose, making it also really unsafe, especially for children.
    Chairs were old and stained.
    Baby chairs were also old and presenting food stains.
    The overall state of the apartment is very old and no room was properly clean.
    The kitchen was missing essential appliances and utensils, let alone that many of the plates and cutlery were dirty from previous guests.
    The WiFi stopped working one day before our stay ended and would not be fixed in time before we left.
    So again, I’m very unhappy and disappointed that we chose to stay in this apartment which made our Christmas 2024 not a happy memory as we expected.

    A parking is near the apartment. You have to leave the car inside.
    Be careful if you leave your car outside. I left my car outside for a few minutes in the morning. I didn't see the machine to pay for the place for less than 2 hours and the municipal pound (grua) took my car. It costs me more than 200 euros.
    So you can leave your car in the parking, it will cost 36 euros for 3 days if you leave your car, and go to the desk(not at the machine, it is more expensive).
    The apartment is very nice. You can warn the tourists about the municipal pound (grua) in Barcelona, which takes your car very quickly,if you are in a green zone ,
