we liked the location, the apartment itself is beautiful and the view is amazing. It had everything we needed and it was just in front of the promenade. the neighbors were very quite.

when is too windy there is a drainage pipe outside that produce some bothering noice very noticeable during the night. Also, we needed to close all windows and leave all inside doors open, to avoid noises The mattress is a bit hard. You hear the wavesee more

Great location, fantastic view on the wonderful Las Canteras beach. We were satisfied with the apartment. The only negative: the bed is not wide enough, even for the average physiqued (but snoring) couples, like us. Krisztina&Janos

Newly refurbished holiday home with nice design and style, practical and modern in one of the most popular areas of the city of Las Palmas and close to the beach of Las Canteras - very well communicated to discover the rest of the island of Gran Canaria. Accommodation of 50 m² very well distributed, fully furnished, with two double bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The comfortable living room has a fully equipped American style kitchen and is well integrated into the space. The house has Internet with unlimited Wifi, iron, hairdryer, Smart Tv, plus possibility of garage in the same building, on request. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and more, such as induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It is about 80 m from the bus station "Terminal Manuel Becerra". In the area you can find all kind of services, supermarkets: 400 m to the supermarket "Suma" and 500 m to "Superdino".
