Ca S'Ingles is a charming and modern house for 8 people with a pool on the outskirts of the old town of Alcudia and very close to the beaches of Es Clot, Morer Vermell, Sant Joan and Sant Pere.
It offers ideal holiday accommodation for guests who want to be close to the beaches and many activities in the area.
It is just 400 metres from all the amenities of the historic town of Alcudia, including some chic and bohemian tapas bars and shops, as well as the local producers' market held on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Inside, the house is elegantly furnished and has all the modern amenities for a self-catering holiday, including a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable living room with air conditioning and satellite TV with Wi-Fi.
There are 4 double bedrooms, which are very tastefully decorated. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom and 2 family bathrooms).
Outside there is a sun terrace with pool, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. Of course, there are also shady spots.

Can Salom is a wonderful villa located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of Mal Pas, just 150 meters from the beach of Sant Pere: a wonder of nature for its fine sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.
Between pines and with the view of the sea always present, this villa stands, with a lush garden surrounding the property.
Access from the garden to the stairs that lead to the property, located on the first floor. We found first with a small hall. On the right is a spacious living room with access to a large and cozy terrace, equipped with furniture where we can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner all in a very natural environment.The fully equipped kitchen is located past the dining room and separate of this.
On the left side of the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Starting with two bedrooms with two twin beds and bathrooms ensuite each. The bedroom with double bed and finally the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and exit to the large terrace.
On the ground floor there is a spacious porch with furniture, the garage and a bathroom with shower.
The property has a ping pong table, a canoe and a bicycle for the enjoyment of its guests.

Villa Violeta is an incredible house for 8 people with pool and sea view, modern and conveniently located in front of the Es Clot beach which is just 20 meters away and the historic center of Alcudia, 700 meters away, with its many narrow streets, restaurants Intimate and a good selection of shops.
The proximity to the beach, the tranquility of the neighborhood and the proximity to shops and restaurants make this an ideal place for a family vacation.
Villa Violeta has 4 bedrooms (the house accommodates up to 8 people), 3 bathrooms, a bright living room, an exquisite terrace in front of the pool of 10 x 5 meters in size.
This house is perfect for those families and groups who want to enjoy a quiet vacation, with a pool and in front of the beach, in a unique natural environment and just a few minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets in a city as Mediterranean as Alcudia.2 reviews
