Casa Blanca is a 4-bedroom villa for 6 people with 2 bathrooms, free WiFi and 200 meters from Alcudia Beach.
The best thing about the villa is the privileged location, just 50 meters from Lake Esperanza and 200 meters from Puerto de Alcudia Beach, the longest sandy beach in all of Mallorca and very close to the area of shops, restaurants and bars.
Outside, the villa has pretty patios perfect for sunbathing. A large open-air dining room in the shade, ideal both for enjoying breakfasts and al fresco barbecues.
Casa Blanca is a single-storey villa that has been completely renovated in 2019. The entrance of the house leads you to a cozy living room where there are sofas, the dining room and the TV area. A few meters away is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has 4 rooms in total: 1 room with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 2 rooms with a single bed in each, for a total of 6 people. There are 2 large family bathrooms with showers.
All rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Super Kurzurlaub mit Erholungsfaktor!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Josefina war wirklich gut und sie war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort war alles nötige vorhanden, so dass wir alle Tage ohne Probleme selbst kochen und uns vesee more
Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Josefina war wirklich gut und sie war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort war alles nötige vorhanden, so dass wir alle Tage ohne Probleme selbst kochen und uns verpflegen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist gut eingezäunt, so dass man komplett für sich als Gruppe ist. Die Lage war super, mit Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Man kommt auch überall von dort problemlos mit Bus und Taxi hin.
Insgesamt war es für uns ein toller Kurzurlaub, wir würden es nochmal buchen. |

Wir persönlich haben schon damit gerechnet, dass es ein etwas älteres Haus ist. Somit haben uns Dreck an den Wänden oder Flecken im Poolbereich nicht allzu gestört. Der Vollständigkeitshalber sei es aber erwähnt, dass in dem Haus nicht mit komplettersee more

Der Vollständigkeitshalber sei es aber erwähnt, dass in dem Haus nicht mit kompletter Sauberkeit zu rechnen ist. Es war trotzdem gut gesäubert und auch im Pool war eine gute Filteranlage. Für uns persönlich war es komplett ausreichend und wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

'Can Pau' (Sa Vinya Vella) is a lovely and quiet villa where you can feel the nature of the Mediterranean countryside located just 1km. to the relaxing beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Alcudia (Bay of Pollensa).
Can Pau is a refurbished traditional Majorcan house with garden, fruit tree area, a cosy pool and terraces. It was just built on June 2008 keeping the essence of an original historic house.
Inside the house there are 3 Bedrooms. A main bedroom with a double bed and AC and two twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each one. There are two family bathrooms and a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. You have also a hall with a sofa area where you will find a satellite TV with International channels adn Wifi. All rooms of the house have air conditioning.
There is a porch close to the gardens and a cosy swimming pool with deck terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life.
There is a second building with an outdoor dining area and breakfast area under a shadow, a BBQ, and a roost with chickens and fresh eggs.
Can Pau is located just 600 meters to the historical center of Alcudia, a Roman and medieval village plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in a quiet atmosphere.
Just 1,5 km away you´ll find Puerto de Alcudia beach, Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.7 reviews -
Tía Catalina (Son Rotger) is a wonderful villa with a large private pool, located in the north of the island 4 kilometers from Alcudia, in a quiet rural area, with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
It is an ideal villa for families and children, just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Alcudia beach, Platja de Muro or Puerto de Pollensa.
Tía Catalina is a completely private villa with a large garden area, trees and grass, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue area facing the pool. There is a furnished terrace area that surrounds the house with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The 8m x 4m swimming pool with panoramic views is surrounded by the grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas all around.
