Description
Sa Rota de Alcudia is a beautiful and charming villa in the middle of nature immersed in the pine, oak, olive and almond trees that cover the slopes of the mountain of La Victoria.
Its location is ideal. Just 1 kilometer from the village of Alcudia and 2 km. From the longest sandy beach of Mallorca, the bay of Alcudia. From many points of the house and property you will be surprised by the incredible views of the two bays, the Bay of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollensa (and the impressive Cabo de Formentor) at the back of the house.
We enter the estate of more than 100,000 m2 by a path in the shade of the pine and oak forest that leads us to the house, built on stone walls craftsmanship classic Mallorcan style, which bring freshness in summer and heat in winter.
Once inside we find a spacious living room with sofas area for 6 people, satellite TV and WIFI, a large dining table for 8 people and a sofa bed for two people. The living room has an air conditioner.
To the left we have the traditional wooden kitchen completely renovated and equipped with appliances of last generation. It is a perfect place for those who love the kitchen and also has direct access to the terrace.
Continuing from the lounge we enter the area of the rooms (2 rooms in total with room for 4 people.
The main room is magnificent. It is a space of 50 m2 full of light, with direct access to the pool, a wonderful view, a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and even private dressing room.
The second room is equally bright and spacious (40 m2). It has a double bed and its windows are open to the mountain.
The family bathroom is spacious and modern. It has a huge working jacuzzi and double shower.
We went up to the first floor from the outside to enjoy the impressive sun terrace and we found a very special surprise: a very special space with outdoor furniture and views of the two bays. On one side, the superb view of Cabo de Formentor and part of the Bay of Pollensa. On the other side and very close (only 2 km.) The luminous Bay of Alcudia.
But undoubtedly, the jewel of this villa are the exterior. The house is surrounded by several terraces at different heights, surrounded by a wild nature perfectly integrated with the house.
At the entrance of the house we have the first zone of outdoor sofas. There is a porch that gives a very cool shade for the outdoor dining room, always with the presence of the turquoise sea of the Bay of Alcudia.
There next we have a second zone of white braided sofas, under the natural shade of the trees and next to a beautiful garden with swings and hammocks.
At the same time we find the pool of 8 x 4 meters of a particular dark background and overlooking the Cabo de Formentor. The place is ideal to cool off on the hot summer days a wonderful swimming pool.
Gourmets will also find here the perfect place to cook with a great and extensive barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven.

Wow! We were blown away with this place. Simply beautiful surroundings, sunrise over the mountain tops, animals, plants gardens even a tree house for the kids. The views are spectacular. The pool is great for kids and adults, just the right size to see more

The pool is great for kids and adults, just the right size to relax in the sun. This villa had everything we needed including multiple places to sit and eat inside and out. Very comfy beds great showers too. Pictures need reviewing as there have been many new updates to the property. The owner is very attentive and fixed an issue straight away, great guy nice and polite. 45/50 mins from airport, 10 min drive from nearest beach and supermarket. We travelled to every corner of the island, various activities, was so nice to come back to this villa and have total peace and tranquillity not forgetting privacy! 100% recommended, we are already looking at booking this place again we loved it that much. Mallorca is defiantly a must see island, the Spanish are great people and may I recommend the road MA10.. you won’t regret it! Many thanks again to the owner, great guy! Adios!

Not much. If I’m being picky, gas oven didn’t have temperature settings. Wi-Fi a bit here and there. Generator could maybe be moved further away from villa. That’s it!

Sie sollten dringend die Sanitäranlagen entkalken oder erneuern. Die Wasserhähne im Bad sind durch den Kalk wahnsinnig verschmutzt, sodass wir sie nur zum Hände waschen nutzen konnten. Auch die Dusche muss dringend entkalkt werden. Schön wäre es auchsee more

Wunderschöne finca, beeindruckende Aussicht von der Terrasse und Dachterrasse auf die Stadt und das Meer, riesige gepflegte Anlage, äußerst freundlicher und flexibler Service (Check-in 5 Stunden vor der angegebenen Zeit, check-out 1 Stunde später waren problemlos möglich :) , extra Handtücher auf Anfrage), halbe Stunde zu fuß ans Meer bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, Alcudia ist eine absolut sehenswerte Stadt und hat viel zu bieten! Auch die Umgebung von alcudia bietet viele unternehmensmöglichkeiten. Wundervolle Wander- bzw. Radweg befinden sich direkt vor der hofeinfahrt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die finca definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Ausblick, riesiges Gelände und somit größtmögliche Privatsphäre, dafür 1+ mit Sternchen. Pool ist schön, nicht allzu groß, aber für kleine Kinder optimal, da er sehr flach reingeht und sie lange stehen können.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Ausblick, riesiges Gelände und somit größtmögliche Privatsphäre, dafür 1+ mit Sternchen. Pool ist schön, nicht allzu groß, aber für kleine Kinder optimal, da er sehr flach reingeht und sie lange stehen können.
Strand in Alcúdia (optimal für Kinder, flach, ohne Wellen) ebenso schnell erreichbar wie Supermarkt und Restaurants, zentrale Lage trotz Hanglage (mit sehr enger Zufahrtsstraße). Highlight waren die Tiere auf der Finca, die wir mit Erlaubnis der Manager füttern durften, sogar um Ponyreiten hat er sich gekümmert. Es gab Oliven aus eigener Ernte und Olivenöl, Kuchen (Einseimada) von Oma und eine Flasche Wein. Snacks standen bei Ankunft bereit & es gab sogar ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für unseren Sohn, mega Gastfreundschaft, extremst freundlich und alle Probleme wurden zeitnah bearbeitet und meistens auch gelöst. |

'Can Pau' (Sa Vinya Vella) is a lovely and quiet villa where you can feel the nature of the Mediterranean countryside located just 1km. to the relaxing beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Alcudia (Bay of Pollensa).
Can Pau is a refurbished traditional Majorcan house with garden, fruit tree area, a cosy pool and terraces. It was just built on June 2008 keeping the essence of an original historic house.
Inside the house there are 3 Bedrooms. A main bedroom with a double bed and AC and two twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each one. There are two family bathrooms and a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. You have also a hall with a sofa area where you will find a satellite TV with International channels adn Wifi. All rooms of the house have air conditioning.
There is a porch close to the gardens and a cosy swimming pool with deck terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life.
There is a second building with an outdoor dining area and breakfast area under a shadow, a BBQ, and a roost with chickens and fresh eggs.
Can Pau is located just 600 meters to the historical center of Alcudia, a Roman and medieval village plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in a quiet atmosphere.
Just 1,5 km away you´ll find Puerto de Alcudia beach, Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.7 reviews
