Description
'S'hort den Pep de Barcares' is a modern luxury villa, just 150 meters from the sea. This finca is located in the exclusive residential area of Barcares, around the bay of Puerto Pollença and a short walk from the old town of Alcudia. It is a contemporary design house with air conditioning, wonderful gardens and a fantastic pool and terrace.
Inside, the beatiful rays of the Mediterranean sun bathe the property with a luxurious hotel design in every room.
It is also accessible for wheelchairs, with a charming and spacious double bedroom and bathroom cabin with shower on the ground floor.
The main living area is truly impressive with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window along one of the walls, oversized sofas, a plasma TV system and flat screen music system with additional speakers on the terrace , And a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is white marble with high quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and an American style fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with large indoor jacuzzi.
There are four spacious bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and two with twin beds (can be served as singles or doubles). There is also plenty of space for extra beds (two are available at an additional cost). All rooms on the first floor have full ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
There is a second house just 10 meters from the main house. This second house has a double bed plus sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, private terrace and separate kitchen.
Glamor, luxury and space continue in the gardens with a large swimming pool surrounded by teak deck and refreshed by the sea breeze. There is also lawn, fruit trees, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.
The covered terrace is a fabulous space with cane sofas and dining chairs around a long table, shaded by a retractable awning. The gardens are very welcoming for families and the pool area is very private with open views across the fields and trees to the mountain of La Victoria.
'S'hort Den Pep De Barcares' is a wonderful seaside house ideal for large groups, just 150 meters from the sea and the golden sandy beach of Platja Es Corral d'en Bennassar, with the beach of Barcares also close And the Old Town of Alcúdia only 300 meters away. It is also just a few minutes drive to endless beaches, shops and restaurants in Puerto Pollença.
This Villa was built in 2008 and has been redesigned in April 2016, with new furniture and appliances to give a warmer and more comfortable character. Photos from the newest area will arrive soon. Some of the novelties are the bicycle area (a place to store bikes and carry out repairs), the gym, the new table tennis table and a billiard. There is also a new satellite receiver to view most of the international channels as well as British television.
You can practice all kinds of sports activities in the sea in the vicinity, such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... You will also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for children children's games, Swimming pools, attractions ... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The Puerto Alcudia Marina is only 2 km away. You can not fail to enjoy a pleasant walk in the Marina between small traditional fishing boats and modern luxury yachts. All the accommodation was excellent, with sufficient space for us all. It was so good to be able to swim in the pool whenever we liked, especially for the children. Being able to walk to the sea and swim from a small bay was a bonus, and one we enjsee more

We have just returned from a wonderful break at Bacares grand villa , having been postponed for 2 years . During which time , Gabriel was very supportive & helpful . He will try and sort out any problems you may have .

The villa is excellent for a large group , the rooms are all big , with an en-suite . The children loved the pool , it was hard to get them out . Fresh towels & beach towels are provided & changed after 3 days , as is the bed linen . Alcudia old town is lovely , with shops and eateries . We enjoyed a last meal , with live music from a street musician & the children dancing along to it . We would definitely go back . |

The only negative is that floors are very slippery when you get out of the pool , especially with little ones .

The location is very good, it is a quiet residential area but blocks from the fortress of Alcudia where there are restaurants, business and nightlife besides being very picturesque. It is 15 minutes from Pollença that has some very nice big sandy beaches. It is near Formentor, a must-see promenade in Palma de Mallorca. It is also 15 minutes from the port of Alcudia, a place with restaurants, shops, games for children and sandy beaches. There are also supermarkets nearby. The host was attentive during our stay, although he was not there to receive us, as well as the people who work in the maintenance and cleaning. |

Villa Teix de Bonaire is a wonderful villa for 10 people located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of Bonaire, just 300 meters from some of the best beaches in Mallorca such as Sant Pere, Sant Joan, the natural rocks of Bonaire or the coves of S´ ' illot located in a protected natural environment.
All these nearby beaches are a wonder of nature for their crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.
Located among pine trees and with an ever-present gaze to the sea, this 220-square-meter villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 10 people stands. The first thing that surprises us about this house is its tranquility, the peace that everything in it breathes, which makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quiet family vacation.
A sunny lawn garden welcomes us. Among Mediterranean trees, grass and a centenary olive tree, we find here some corners that will make us enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun, with the constant presence of the breeze and the sound of the birds.
