The welcome drinks, beers and sodas and water, BBQ set ready to fire the barbecue was great. Kitchen is great for food lovers well equiped. Double fridges is a must have. Bose Sound system is great if you manage the multiples remote controls, and thesee more

Bose Sound system is great if you manage the multiples remote controls, and the available PS4 if great for kids not to spend the whole day in the sun.
The pool is good with an area for small kids. Never saw a house with ping-pong table, AND trampoline, AND football field. Garage to keep the car in the shadow is great. Airconditionner works like a breeze. Owner was VERY responsive to fix when the hotwater boiler broke down, it was replaced by himself within hours. Binissalem is very close to Palma especially for grocery Shopping (Alcampo / Olivar Market). We had a terrible last night, since new occupants from a house located 300 or 600m away made an astonishingly loud party until 5am. Not a minute of sleep. Hopefully our first 14 days where very quiet. |

Pool opening remote control shall have 2 "Pool" sticker on it. And should be ready at the kitchen, with the house manual instead of searching thru the whole house to find the manual. Cleanliness must be top notch, we found hairs in cabinets, etc... msee more

Cleanliness must be top notch, we found hairs in cabinets, etc... my wife has to reclean everything, in order to open her suitcase. Barbecue place with a grill which can be set upper or lower would be good.
Synthetic grass becomes very hot by day. Main bathroom could be upgraded with Italianshower instead of old bathtub to get the "Excellent" instead of "Good" Accomodation rating. |

Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Obstkorb, der bei unserer Anreise für uns bereit stand. Küche: Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe Gläser und Tassen - alles ist in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität vorhanden. Haus: Fast alles lässt sich elektronisch per Fernbedienung steuern. Spielmöglichkeiten: Tischtennisplatte in der Garage, großer Pool (einiges an Wasserspielzeug für Kinder vorhanden), Trampolin, Fussballtore (vor dem Haus). Die Lage ist schön ruhig - dennoch ist man sehr schnell auf der Autobahn. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) in Inca - in ca. 7 Minuten Entfernung. Das Qutlet-Center erreicht man in 12 Minuten. |

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Klimatisierung per Fußbodenkühlung und Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Der Pool lässt sich per Knopfdrück verschließen, sodass er für Kleinkinder keine Gefahr ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es waren bereits viele Dinge bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden wie Nespresso Kaffee, Obst, Öl, Salz/Pfeffer, etwas Wasser, sogar Wurst, Käse, Butter und Bier. Das Haus kann allen Familien mit kleineren Kinden uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Besonders reichlich war das bereitgestellte frische Obst, so dass man erstmal entspannt nach der Anreise ankommen konnte. Vielen Dank. Die Einrichtung ist besonders kinderfreundlich. Die Pool-Landschaft und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum relaxen ein. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Es Velar verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war einfach ein perfekter Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu "Bebreeze" war sehr unkompliziert. |
