This magnificent fully renovated and modernised villa is situated in an enviable position with views over the coast and the Cala Galdana resort. The views from the rear terrace, the gardens and the pool area are simply stunning. It is located on a very large plot and benefits from a semi-circular driveway with two entrances.
With the beach, shops and restaurants just 600 metres away, it is in a very convenient location.
The villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 of which have 2 double beds and 1 with a double bed. The villa has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and one with a shower. All the rooms in the house have hot and cold air conditioning with sensors.
The house has a magnificent terrace with sea views to the Cala Galdana beach. The terrace has a built-in barbecue with outdoor furniture and sun loungers for 10 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine, separate utility room with washing machine, air-conditioned office area with table and chairs, large living room with TV with foreign channels, free wifi.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
No pets allowed.
