Description
Located in the increasingly popular resort of Cala en Porter, villa Marques is a fantastic villa in a quiet location, yet within easy walking distance of everything this bustling resort has to offer. Situated on a larger than average plot for the area, this spacious villa features 4 bedrooms with fresh décor and air conditioning for relief from the summer heat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the comforts. It consists of a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and filter coffee maker, and the dining room opens onto the front terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the glorious pool where we are sure you will spend many happy hours splashing around with the kids.
To spend the day, the beautiful beach is a 15-minute walk down the beach stairs or 15 minutes by road. A few minutes from the villa you can find a couple of restaurants and bars where you will experience the most spectacular sunsets on the island, while the main tourist center with shops and restaurants is within walking distance.
The Villa has a spacious living room with Wi-Fi and TV with digital channels.
Inside we find 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds each and 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one has a safe), one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate bathroom as well. with bathtub. Both bathrooms with hair dryer. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
It is a product especially intended for families. In the house rules the organization of parties or events of any kind is not allowed. A deposit will be requested, which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been verified. If during your stay there is any breakage or damage, we would appreciate it if you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not accepted.
