All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have a comfortable layout of beds, including 2 double beds and 6 single beds. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, among others. It also has all the necessary kitchenware so you can comfortably prepare your meals. Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and a standard private pool. The property also has other amenities such as WiFi, a safe, an iron and satellite TV. The location of the villa is ideal for families, as it is only 1000 metres from the Son Bou beach and a short distance from other places of interest such as the Son Parc golf course, Menorca airport and the Splash Sur Menorca water park. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will require a mandatory deposit of €150 per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a "Sustainable Tourism Tax" for all tourists travelling to the Balearics. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
